Kirsten believes the world is a giant playground and your mind and body should work synergistically so you are free play in whichever manner you choose.  A lifelong athlete and self-dubbed “arts jock,” Kirsten’s experience includes team sports, yoga, gymnastics, theatre, and stage combat and she fluidly incorporates multiple perspectives in her training style.  A graduate of the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy and NASM certified, she has been a personal trainer for several years, works well with injured populations, and focuses on healthy posture as the foundation for mobility and strength.
